Last night we grilled grouper, which I’ve talked about doing for weeks since the price was pretty low at the farmer’s market. The grouper was even better than I remember. It’s a really firm white fish that has a texture between fish and lobster. So good- but that’s not really what this post is about, [...]

It seems a little odd that I don’t have any post-Fourth of July recipes, but I didn’t have to cook a bit over the weekend. Last Thursday I
was able to cook and put together a meal to eat after tennis with some friends. The meal was great because I was able to get everything pre-assembled [...]

But Saturday was a little chilly, so we made meatballs inside, which we tucked into some [...]

1/4 c peeled, seeded and chopped cucumber
2 cloves garlic, mashed to a paste with a pinch of salt
1 T fresh chopped dill
1 T lemon juice

For Valentine’s Day we had a super special dinner at Kyma, thanks to a gift card I received at Christmas. It was an amazing meal, but maybe the most memorable dish was the Greek Yogurt and Honey that Greg ordered for dessert, which I scoffed at at first. Don’t get me wrong, I love Greek [...]

At Amanda’s request I’m posting one of my new all-time favorite recipes, Greek Shrimp with Feta. This dish sounds pretty simple, but you won’t believe the flavor. There’s not a hint of brininess or saltiness from from the feta; instead you have a slightly creamy, flavorful tomato sauce. This meal is pretty [...]
