Tzatziki is a must-have if you’re making gyros, and is a great accompaniment to grilled meats, like souvlaki.
Ingredients:
6 oz Greek yogurt (fat free or 2%)
1/4 c peeled, seeded and chopped cucumber
2 cloves garlic, mashed to a paste with a pinch of salt
1 T fresh chopped dill
1 T lemon juice
